All straps come with a 12 month warranty (from the date of purchase).

Returns and exchanges
In order for us to best resolve any concerns - please refer to our FAQ regarding returns and exchanges over at this link.

Terms and conditions of return or exchange
- Returns should be set to Watch Straps Australia PTY LTD - PO Box 8306 Subiaco East WA 6008 (note that we only check this mail on Saturdays)
- Refunds will only be accepted if in 'brand new' condition (note - the plastic wrapper is not required, please just make sure the strap is in a re-sellable state)
- Please include your name and order number on all returns
Returns / Refunds
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted from any refunded orders that were sent with 'free shipping'.
If you would like to exchange the products:
- Place a new order
- Send the original products back to me, and the products will be refunded as per the "Returns / Refunds" policy above
