Warranty, Returns and Refunds


All straps come with a 12 month warranty (from the date of purchase).

Returns and exchanges

In order for us to best resolve any concerns - please refer to our FAQ regarding returns and exchanges over at this link.

Terms and conditions of return or exchange

  • Returns should be set to Watch Straps Australia PTY LTD - PO Box 8306 Subiaco East WA 6008 (note that we only check this mail on Saturdays)
  • Refunds will only be accepted if in 'brand new' condition
  • Please include your name and order number on all returns
  • Refunds - A $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted to any refunds, and in the case your original order was sent via express post, a $15 re-stocking fee will apply
  • Exchanges - If you are making an exchange - I would appreciate if you could include $10 in the return package to cover the expense of re-sending the order (please include $15 if you would like me to re-send it express with tracking)
