Other buying info
The Watch Straps Australia checkout process is simple and easy to follow:
- After you have added your items to the cart, proceed with entering your billing and shipping information
- Once you click ‘confirm and process order’, you will be taken to a page with an orders summary
- Only once you click on the ‘make payment’ button will your order be completed and your credit card deducted
Free shipping is currently available for all Australian strap orders, and we offer free express shipping for all domestic orders over $50.
Overseas orders will be charged AUD$25 for their shipping. However, if you spend over $100 you can qualify for free shipping.
All our orders are shipped via Australia post. Orders using the ‘free shipping’ service will be sent using the regular Australia Post package service. Orders using the ‘express’ service will be send in a pre-paid express satchel.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are not processed on public holidays or weekends. Cut-off times for orders are 5pm AWST (Perth time) the previous day. Orders placed before 5pm AWST will be shipped the next day. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer tracking on international orders.

Unfortunately, parcel delivery times are out of our control and all delivery times state on the website are purely estimates. Please refer to this page for mail delivery times or alternatively you can estimate your delivery time using this calculator.
